IMPORTANT NOTICE: SHAREHOLDER RIGHTS

Shareholders have the following rights in respect of how Next Science sends shareholder meeting documentation, annual reports and certain other documents:

• A shareholder can make a standing election to be sent all documents in electronic form or physical form;
• A shareholder can make a one-off request to be sent shareholder meeting documentation or the annual report in electronic or physical form; and
• A shareholder can tell us that they do not want to be sent a copy of the annual report. You will always be able to access and read our annual reports on Next Science’s website and the ASX announcements platform.

The best way for shareholders to receive meeting documentation, annual reports and other information about Next Science matters is electronically. Electronic communications are quick, environmentally friendly and cost-effective.

Next Science will send Shareholders all documents to which Division 2 of Part 1.2AA of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) applies (Documents) in electronic form unless the recipient Shareholder has elected to be sent Documents in physical form or elected to not be sent Documents.
