Next Science completed the sale of substantially all of the assets of Next Science and its wholly owned subsidiaries to OSARTIS GmbH, a Demetra company, on 15 September 2025 and was removed from the official list of the ASX on 11 February 2026. At a general meeting held on 30 March 2026, Next Science’s shareholders approved Next Science being wound up voluntarily.
Next Science made a return of capital payment consisting of an amount of $0.145 per share on or around 10 February 2026 (Capital Return) and has advised shareholders that following completion of the Liquidation, any remaining capital of the Company will be distributed to Shareholders.
